self-care is most important part of life. even the little things like how you start your day with good vibes with some positive thoughts. you need to take little time for yourself like combing your hair and take the courage to be the happiest, healthiest version of YOUR-SELF….
Few little things you can do for yourself to keep yourself happy before start your day.

HYDRATE
Drink water when you first wake up can flush out any harmful toxin in your body.
SELF LOVE
At least take 15 minutes to care for your body. start your day with fresh body and fresh mind. it can make you feel better.
wash your face
Brush your hair
moisturize your skin
change your night cloths
BREAKFAST
Breakfast really helps burn calories by kick-starting your metabolism.
AFFIRMATION
Set at least 3 affirmations for the day or what you plan to accomplish. take a book and write down your plans and affirmations . the words you speak to yourself live in your heart ,in your mind and in your bones.
NO PHONE
Don’t reach your phone. it can be very distracting.
